Importing items to Startupizer
On it's first launch, as well as on all subsequent launches, Startupizer reads all System Preferences login items list and if it finds at least one item, it displays a window containing the list. At this point all items remain in System Preference list. You must decide whether to import all selected items to Startupizer's database, ignore them or leave or delete them in System Preferences.
The first option is straightforward: if you import an item to Startupizer (i.e. select an item and click import button), it appears in main window list and you can assign various criteria.
Second and third options may seem similar, but there's important yet subtle difference: in both cases the item remains in System Preferences, but if you specifically mark an item as ignored (i.e. select an item and click on ignore button), the item will not be reported by Startupizer again, even if found in the System Preferences. You can always review and modify the list of ignored items in Startupizer's Preferences.
